verdicts recorded in drawrec.remarks (normalised from APPROVED / APPD / APPD./NO COMMENTS and
APPROVED AS NOTED / AAN). Inactive is drawmaster.active_stat = NO.
Under review and Commented are the drawing's latest event in
drawrepledg, and Not submitted means no event of any kind.
Source. ERP export dated 2026-09-03 — drawmaster, drawrepledg,
drawrec, drawcomdet, bsgroup. Scope is the ERP
register only: 1,243 unique drawings, of which 205 are inactive. A further 60 drawings have events but no register entry
and are excluded.
Category values come from billing groups A.1.x / B.1.x (approval) and A.2.x / B.2.x (information). The billing
schedule is still being entered in the ERP, so treat those two figures as indicative.
